Tuesday & Thursday
 
Beginning - Tuesday, December 4, 2007
 
6:30 pm
 
Workouts will consist of 2 hour sessions:
 
  • 1 hour 15 minutes - circuit training (includes: heavy rope jumping, medicine ball sit-ups & throws, wall drills, and skills training)

  • 45 minutes - weightlifting
